Refund Policy

Physical Products

Please inspect your order as soon as possible once it has been received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do have a problem with your order, please contact us on david@newmoonart.co.uk including a photo of the item, and the condition of the packaging as it was received.

Crystals

You have 14 days from the date you receive your crystal to return your item if you have changed your mind. Please contact us on david@newmoonart.co.uk as soon as possible if this is the case.

Items must be unused, undamaged and securely returned in the exact original packaging box/envelope they arrived in along with any padding and protective materials that came with the item.

You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item.  The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is accepted, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We request that you use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment. New Moon Art is not responsible for any damage or loss during the return transit.

After we have received your return, we will send you an email as confirmation and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by us, we will provide a refund. Once a refund has been issued, there will be a short period while the payment is processed before it is received on your original payment method.

Prints

All products containing our artwork such as but not limited to prints, mugs, cushions, notebooks, bags etc. are made to order and as such cannot be cancelled or refunded once an order has been placed unless damaged upon receipt.

We are unable to receive damaged products back but either a replacement item, or refund can be arranged.

If your items are not received due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout please let us know as soon as possible. Undelivered items will be returned to our printers and likely destroyed on receipt. If you are able to notify us in time, we will attempt to rearrange delivery but an additional shipping fee will be required to be paid before the items can be sent back to you. If your items are destroyed, they will need to be reproduced at additional cost to you. Unfortunately we are unable to refund orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address because the production costs have already been paid.

Online Events

Workshop tickets are only refundable if you have accidentally booked for the same event more than once, or if you have booked for the wrong event. If so, please contact us at least 2 hours before the event starts

Links to join a workshop are sent immediately after signing up and should be received within 10 minutes of registering. Please ensure that you do receive this (check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox). If you have not received it, you can also access your link on the My Recordings page of this website:

If you have tried the above and still cannot find your link, their is likely a problem with the email address that you used to register. Please  contact us at least 2 hours before the beginning of the workshop. We cannot guarantee to respond to any emails received after this time.

If you email us after this time, we will still be able to assist you to watch the event via a recording. The energy is always just as powerful!

Workshop Recordings

If you have accidentally purchased the wrong recording, please contact us within 24 hours and we can swap your recording for you.

Soul Geometries and Channeled Messages

As these services are offered bespoke for you, they can only be refunded if you contact us before the work has begun. If the work has already been completed the order will be non-refundable as considerable time has already been spent to fulfil this order for you.
