Hey Beautiful Souls
Today I wanted to share another Micro Meditation, this time a Solar Plexus Activation and an alignment with Love. In the third dimension one of the roles of the Solar Plexus was to look for danger. Although this Chakra has been upgraded to the fifth dimension, for many people, it gets stuck looking for fear based energies which can often lead to unnecessary anxiety. Realigning it to look only for Love can bring massive shifts.
