With the incoming shifts at the Solstice, I wanted to do a video discussing the subject of Spiritual or Energetic Upgrades. Since the Ascension Process began we have been regularly receiving massive changes to our physical and energetic beings to incorporate the levels of light we are receiving. These changes are critical to our ability to hold the level of vibration that our planet is currently operating at.
