In this video I share a meditation to release the challenges of the Ascension Process so far so that we can once again regain our hope for a brighter future.
We have recently undergone massive shifts, individually and as a planet and we do not live in the same world as we did before. I have been told time after time that it is important to recognise this and not expect things to be as they were, because if we do, that is exactly what we will see. Instead we have an incredible opportunity to realign our focus and bring positivity into our lives.
For many though, this is easier said than done. Letting go of the challenges of the past and not allowing them to dictate our future can be very difficult.
In this video, I discuss this topic before being joined by the incredible Ascended Master Archibald, Director of the Restoration flame to guide us in a meditation to disconnect from the challenges in the past, still remembering them so we can benefit from the lessons we learnt, but no longer allowing them to have a negative impact on our vision of the future.
