What Does It Mean to Heal?

What Does It Mean to Heal?

I have been thinking a lot about healing of late, you have probably noticed 😂 and the question I was guided to today as I sit down to write this message is simply “What does it mean to heal?”.

And I ask myself, what needs to be healed? When can I consider myself healed? And, how do I know if I am?

I will attempt to answer these questions as best as I can today. But let’s kick off with defining what we are actually talking about when it comes to healing.

Maybe you are reading this thinking, my back needs healing, or my guts need healing, or perhaps, my inner child needs healing. Or maybe even, my fear of rejection needs healing.

Well let’s keep it simple, all of these are one and the same.

You may have heard me say this before, but the human body is a dashboard.

Think of this like your car. It has an interface to help you understand parts of the vehicle that you can’t see. There are dials to show the current speed, the RPM, the temperature, the fuel gauge.

A car is an incredibly complex machine. It would be impossible to understand what is happening with it from one moment to the next without a dashboard that clearly shows us this hidden, but critically important, information.

We as humans, are incredibly complex things, beyond even our wildest imaginations. We are so vast, reaching from our physical self here on the earth, all the way back to Source.

The truth is, when we look in a mirror, we are seeing probably less than 0.01% of who we are.

So in order to navigate the human experience, we need a method to understand what is going on in those parts of us that we can’t see.

This brings us back to the physical body.

The human body is a dashboard.

When there is something out of balance, whether mental, emotional, spiritual, karmic or ancestral, our body becomes the communicator that helps us understand what is happening.

That pain, or discomfort that you feel. That is your body trying to tell you something.

The problem is, as human beings, we have forgotten how to listen.

Sadly, just because we ignore something doesn’t mean it goes away.
Instead it just gets louder.
It screams at us in an attempt to try and get through to us.

Much like a bright red warning light on your car.
It tries to make itself unmissable.

But because as a society we don’t understand these things. What do we do?

Pretty much everything we possibly can to avoid it 😂

As a result, people continue to spiral downwards, not moving forward, not overcoming, not growing until eventually the body breaks down.

I talked about this a few weeks ago now, but it is the lower frequency patterns that we hold on to that actually slow down the vibration of the atoms of our body which cause decay.

In order to truly heal, it is important to listen to the signs. To understand what our bodies are trying to tell us so that we can heal the pains of the past, whether mental, emotional, karmic, ancestral or even spiritual. So that we can transmute the lower frequencies and bring our overall vibration back to a higher state.

When we do this, every single aspect of us is healed.

If we resolve the underlying issue, the aspect of our physical self that was trying to draw our attention can return to balance, relieving the symptoms we were experiencing.

When we transmute the pain of the past, we are able to heal the inner child.

We are able to change our mental or emotional patterns.

We are able to release karma associated with past actions.

We are even able to clear our ancestral line, not just for us, but our whole families.

As we do this, every single aspect of us changes.
Every part of us heals.

On a physical level, this is when something miraculous occurs.

Hopefully this answers, what it means to heal.

But what about my other questions…

What needs to be healed?

Well the answer is easy, but pinpointing the source can be a little trickier.

What needs to be healed is whatever is creating fragmentation within you.

This means anything that is preventing you from acting in your true nature.

Perhaps you face a situation in your life where you know you want to do one thing, but you feel obligated to do something else, or guilty about what you desire, or perhaps fear rejection for following those desires.

This is a fragmentation between who you wish to be, and how you are currently living.

If this is true, then there will be something that has happened either in this life, or a past life that has made it feel unsafe to be your true self.

This can be healed.

Perhaps you have chronic bad knees.

Typically this is associated with carrying too much. Too much responsibility. Too much pressure.

You may think this simply means that you have too much going on in your life and it is out of your control.

But why do you have too much going on?

Is it because you can’t say no? Because you can’t let go? Because you need to be in control?

If so, then underlying this is something that happened, at some point in time, that made you feel this way.

This can be healed.

These are just a couple of examples from what could be an infinite list.

What is important is that we start to look within to try and understand what our bodies are trying to tell us.

“You can heal your life“ by Louise L Hay is a fantastic book for this. It includes a section at the back with lists of all the body parts and the underlying patterns that they relate to.

But it is also important that we talk to ourselves. This might sound strange, and it might feel even weirder to do, but you can talk to your body.

Is your Liver not happy? Ask it why.

I have done a lot of this as part of my journey and it can be quite a mind-blowing experience.

Ask your body what’s wrong. What it needs.

It has supported you throughout your entire incarnation. Ask what you can do for it.

I actually did a video with a short meditation about this very thing a couple of years ago which I will include below:

My final questions were, when can I consider myself healed? And, how do I know if I am?

Well there are two ways we can look at this.

To be truly healed, to be completely restored, is to dissolve all fragmentation and return to a state of Unity, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This is the embodiment of Christ Consciousness.

If you achieve this permanent state, trust me, you will know it. And so will everyone around you.

But on the other hand, what if we are just looking at one aspect of ourselves.

Well with the physical body it is easy, whatever dis-comfort or dis-ease we were experiencing just seems to resolve itself, almost like magic.

On a mental or emotional level it is often about choosing a different path.

Perhaps a situation occurs that would have triggered you in the past, but this time you navigate it calmly.

Perhaps you decide to do something different in your life.

Step away from certain people.
Get a new job.
Move to a new area.
Change your lifestyle.

This is the result of your natural rebalancing after a shift in vibration.

It’s not usually a sudden shift, but rather a quiet realisation afterwards. A recognition that you chose something different.

This is how we know we have healed.

And when we do so, we can move forward with our lives, lighter, and freer than ever before.

We are living in a truly blessed time. We are currently surrounded with an abundance of healing energy that is here to help us to do this very thing.

To release fragmentation and embrace more fully our authentic selves.

So that we can find more balance, more peace, and more joy in this world.

I don’t normally like to advertise in the articles, but I would be remiss to not mention that if you are on your own healing journey, whether it be mental, emotional, spiritual or physical, on July 16th I am running a workshop called The Path of Healing.

In this session Melchizedek will be our guide as we connect with a dedicated team of healers who will remain by our side for this next chapter of our journey to assist us in a complete restoration to our authentic selves. To help heal whatever it is that we require in order to return to a place of balance and peace.
