Online Workshop with David Essery
As Mother Earth moves through her own ascension journey, we are invited to find greater harmony with the changes we share. Sanat Kumara is calling us to return to the Primordial Flame, a healing energy that can support our own grounding and equilibrium while helping the planet that holds us. Together, we will receive and share this sacred light, bringing healing to ourselves and offering our love and support to Mother Earth and all life upon her.
A Message from Sanat Kumara
The following message is the call to action that has inspired this workshop:
Beloved souls of the light, it is a great honour to stand before you here today with a sacred invitation.
The Earth is changing. Ever evolving. Shedding long-held vibrations and returning to her highest truth.
It is she who drives this process. As her vibration rises, so too does yours.
Understanding this is an important aspect of gaining equilibrium in your life.
When one is in tune with the divine mother, a state of flow is achieved which allows a natural emergence no matter the circumstances.
The light of harmony has been anchored. The Earth has been bathed, but since forgotten.
I urge you to remember the Primordial Flame. Use your light with conscious intent and direct healing towards the great mother, and too welcome your own eternal grounding.
Through this you shall find harmony with the natural laws and find unity on Earth.

About this Event
During the Lions Gate in 2026, under the guidance of the Teams of Light, a brand new energy was anchored on Earth, the Primordial Flame.
This energy combines the vibration of Aum, the primordial heartbeat, with the Christ Light, bringing together the frequencies of creation and divine consciousness within a single healing current.
On the Lions Gate and throughout the following weeks, there was a downpouring of this energy, bringing healing to our planet and all life upon her, and assisting us in a collective return to a more natural way of life.
Although this energy is still active within the planet, as Sanat Kumara shared, it has largely been forgotten. Yet it remains an incredibly powerful tool for both personal healing and planetary service.
Sanat Kumara’s message is a call to action. He invites us to return to the flame, calling down more of this healing current and offering further healing and harmonising to our planet.
He has also shared how it can help us find a better equilibrium within ourselves. A sense of inner balance that allows us to feel more centred and grounded, and return more easily to that steadiness when we feel unsettled.
Mother Earth is moving through her own ascension journey, releasing old density and responding to the same energetic shifts we experience.
As we are rooted to her, her changes can affect our own sense of grounding. Finding equilibrium therefore involves an ongoing relationship with a living, changing Earth.
Under Sanat Kumara’s guidance, we will work with the Primordial Flame to support that relationship, inviting greater harmony between our own energy and the planet that supports us.
You do not need to have any previous experience with the Primordial Flame to take part in this workshop.
The Workshop
This 90-minute workshop will begin with a discussion about how we can use the Primordial Flame for planetary healing and support our own grounding as Mother Earth moves through her ascension process.
We will then come together for a guided meditation where we will:
Invoke
Invite a further downpouring of the Primordial Flame.
Anchor
We will bathe in the vibration of harmony as we become a channel between Heaven and Earth.
Receive
We will receive healing from the flame, supporting us in living in a natural rhythm with the Earth.
Direct
We will use the flame to offer healing to Mother Earth and all life upon her.
Establishing Harmony
My hope is that you leave this workshop feeling more grounded, supported and in closer harmony with Mother Earth and the elemental kingdoms.
As her energy continues to shift, this connection can help you find greater stability within yourself and move more naturally with the changes you experience.
You will also have experienced working with the Primordial Flame, giving you a healing tool you can return to whenever you feel drawn to reconnect, receive support or restore your sense of balance.
In addition, we will have performed a great act of service to Mother Earth, helping to clear density and fragmentation and supporting greater harmony between the planet and all life upon her.

This is the invitation at the heart of this workshop. To receive the support you need, give something back to the Earth who holds us, and consciously contribute to the journey we are making together.

What if I can’t attend the workshop live?
There will always be a recording available the day after a workshop which you can access through the My Recordings section of this website.
There is no time limit on when you can watch this recording, or the number of times you can watch it.
Will there be a recording of the event?
Yes, the day after the event, you will receive an email with details about how to access your recording. We will always attempt to do this as quickly as possible but it takes time to process and upload the files after an event so please allow up to 24 hours for a workshop recording to be made available.
If you do not receive this email, you can always access all of your recordings via the My Recordings page.

How do I join the event?
All our workshops are hosted using Zoom. This is a service for running meetings and webinars online. This allows me to operate live events where we can talk on camera about a subject, lead visualisations and answer questions asked by the audience.

Do I need experience?
Absolutely not. People of all level are welcome, whether this is your first meditation, or you have been on your path for decades, this event will have something for everyone.
