If you are just joining the conversation, I have been focusing on our divine spirit and our connection to it. We have been exploring the Monad, the I AM Presence, the Soul and the Higher Self. But there is one very important thread that connects all of these subjects… literally.
The Antahkarana Bridge.
Today felt like the perfect opportunity to go a little deeper into this, as it is the channel through which all of our light flows.
As with all of these subjects, it is almost impossible to fully comprehend from our physical perspective, but I will share it in the best way I can.
The Antahkarana Bridge connects from Source itself, throughout all dimensional space and time. It flows down through your Monad, through your Soul, and eventually anchors into your physical self here on Earth.
We can think of it almost like a cosmic tree trunk. It is the thread that binds all aspects of ourselves together, and connects us all the way back to God.
Never separate, always one.
You will likely have experienced it through meditation, either with me or others, because it is so central to who we are at all levels. In truth, it is very difficult to do any spiritual work without interacting with it in some way.
We often experience it as a column of light, but it is actually made up of three separate cords.
The primary cord, often experienced as silver in colour, is known as the Life Cord. It connects directly into a secret chamber at the very centre of the heart, where it manifests as the Threefold Flame.
Within this flame, the light of God expresses itself as three plumes.
- The Golden Plume represents Divine Wisdom
- The Pink Plume represents Divine Love
- And the Blue Plume represents Divine Will or Power
This is the expression of Source alive and breathing within you.
This cord is what brings life to the physical body. It is how our spirit anchors into physicality.
When the time comes for us to move on from this earthly plane, the Life Cord retracts, and the spirit returns to the Soul.
The second cord is the Consciousness Cord, often seen as gold in colour. This connects into the brain and carries our awareness, self-consciousness, intelligence and memory.
It is through this cord that consciousness is experienced within the physical body.
The development of this cord is playing an important role in our current process, as we begin to embody more of our Soul’s wisdom.
Both the Life Cord and the Consciousness Cord are active within all human beings, although both can be further developed and refined through spiritual practice.
The third cord is the Creative Cord.
This develops as the Soul begins to work more consciously through us. Many of us have already been strengthening this connection, often without realising it, through our spiritual practices over recent years.
This cord connects directly into the throat, and its role is to carry imagination, higher inspiration, and divine ideas into form. It supports us in expressing our divinity through speech, art, healing, teaching, and service.
Unlike the first two, we are not born with this cord fully active, but it begins to develop as we deepen our connection and alignment with the Soul.
It is the combination of all three that forms a complete Antahkarana Bridge.
This bridge is built from both directions, from the Monad, and from the physical self through continued spiritual practice.
As this happens, more threads are added, transforming the connection from a single fine strand into a strong, woven structure, like a rope.
The wider the bridge becomes, the more light, wisdom and presence can flow through it.
You may also have heard the Antahkarana referred to as the Rainbow Bridge. This is because, as it develops, the light flowing through it begins to refract into different frequencies, which can be perceived as colour.
These colours often reflect the divine qualities and rays that are most aligned with the Soul’s expression.
In summary, the Antahkarana Bridge is the living connection that binds all aspects of our being together, and connects us all the way back to Source.
It is strengthened through continued spiritual development, allowing us to embody more of who we truly are.
I wanted to share this today because it feels like such an important part of the bigger picture.
To leave it out would be like talking about the physical body without mentioning the spine that holds it all in place.
I look forward to continuing this conversation very soon.
Sending you all so much love
David (Team Essery) 🙏💛
